Jerome Lehanneur began his real estate career in 1999 on the lower north shore and joined us in 2001.   He was born and educated in Paris & gained a diploma in marketing at the Paris X University and commenced a career in marketing for a multinational company specialising in both marketing and sales. Jerome is focused on ethics and has excellent interpersonal skills & believes his negotiation skills to be of a high calibre and is conscious of doing what is best for his clients.

Liza Baghdassarian is our very experienced and capable Property Manager.  She has a wealth of experience and is primarily responsible for managing our portfolio of investment properties.  She is skilled at managing relationships with landlords, tenants, handling client complaints, arrears, repairs and maintenance, inspections, rent reviews and attending Tribunal hearings when necessary.  Liza is a lovely friendly person renowned for her reliability, punctuality, attention to detail and is well liked by clients.  Liza is also committed to business development and marketing.  She has strong communication and negotiation skills and is looking forward to dealing with any enquiry you may have.

Liliani Lapa, supports the property management team and has worked in real estate since September 2006.  She holds a Certificate of Registration and a Certificate IV in Real Estate and is currently studying her final semester to qualify for a Diploma in Real Estate.  She has wealth of knowledge of most aspects of sales, marketing and finance and is passionate about real estate.  Liliani is primarily involved with the Property Management team assisting with marketing, leasing and administration of properties plus tenant & landlord liaison.  She is always polite, enthusiastic and willing to answer any queries you may have.   

Carolyn Thomas, finance and marketing, has previously worked for a large lower north shore corporation and has a career in marketing and property management.

Carolyn Connors,  joined in 2002 shortly after it was established and been our sales and property management administrator. She has had 10 years in the real estate industry and holds her certificate of registration. She is a well respected with a strong real estate background and has extensive local knowledge and is systems orientated. Her responsibilities include all correspondence & marketing literature for property management and sales teams.
